Akash Srivastava is Counsel at Dubai International Arbitration Centre. He is an Indian-qualified lawyer, with an LL.M. in international arbitration and dispute resolution from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining the Centre, he practiced at the Indian bar; worked as a Research Assistant for the renowned arbitrator and former Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts, Dr Michael Hwang SC; worked at the case management centre of the AAA-ICDR in Singapore; and with leading international arbitration practices in Singapore and Paris.
