Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall initially be referred to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and attempted to be settled by conciliation under the DIAC Arbitration Rules in force on the date of the submission of the application for conciliation (“the Rules”), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
