Katy is Deputy Registrar at Dubai International Arbitration Centre. She is qualified in England and Wales, with over 11 years’ experience in the United Arab Emirates.
Katy joined DIAC as Counsel in August 2023 and was later promoted to Senior Counsel. She has broad experience in international arbitration from time working as counsel at the former DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre and private practice with Simmons and Simmons and Pinsent Masons in London and Dubai.
She holds a BA in Geography from Newcastle University and completed the GDL at BPP Law School and the LPC at The College of Law, York.
She is a member of the Middle East Sub-Committee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge.
