Dr. Yousuf Al Suwaidi is an expert in court administration with over 20 years of experience. He has held positions such as Senior Management Consultant at Dubai Courts, Head of Strategy and Organizational Performance at Dubai Courts, and Executive Director of the National Accounting Office. Dr. Al Suwaidi has been a member of the advisory board at the Faculty of Law at the UAE American University and a non-resident Consultant at Emirates Centre for Government Knowledge. He is a professional lecturer on strategy and organisational performance and has developed the Judicial Work compass for courts. Dr. Al Suwaidi holds a PhD in Court Administration from Australian National University.
