Ahmed is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
He is a Founding Partner of Al Rasheed & Partners, formerly known as Ahmed & Rashid Al Rasheed, a law firm established in 1981 with offices in Dubai and Sharjah.
Ahmed has over 35 years of experience in legal practice. He is a UAE national who joined the legal profession upon graduating with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of UAE.
