Abdulwahid Alulama

Abdulwahid Alulama is a UAE national who is a Partner at White & Case LLP, a global law firm. He heads the Middle East region and specialises in cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and initial public offerings. Additionally, he has extensive experience in financial regulation, debt capital markets, banking and finance, projects, real estate, litigation, and arbitration.

Mr Abdulwahid Alulama completed his education in the UAE, earning a Bachelor of Law degree from UAE University in 1999, and he was awarded a Chevening scholarship. He was admitted to practice before the UAE courts in 2000 and obtained his L.L.M. in Maritime Law and International Trade from University College London (University of London) in 2001.

Mr Abdulwahid is also active in various organisations, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of Remco at Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Vice Chairman and Remco Member at Emirates Post Group, and Independent Non-Executive Board Member, Chairman of the Compliance Committee, and Member of Remco at Dubai Financial Market. With his extensive experience in arbitration, he has been a certified arbitrator registered with DIAC and ICC and a member of the Panel of Conciliators for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes since March 2017.
