A revised Table of Fees and Costs will come into effect on 1 January 2025 and will apply to all cases registered by the Centre on or after that date.
The current Table of Fees and Costs came into force in July 2011 and has been in place for more than 13 years.
The revised Table of Fees and Costs introduces, for the first time, general provisions to provide clarity to parties and neutrals on some of the Centre’s established payment practices. It will also ensure that the Centre and neutrals receive market-competitive compensation.
By offering competitive compensation, the Centre will continue to enhance the services it offers and attract qualified and experienced neutrals, benefiting all parties involved in the dispute prevention and resolution processes and procedures administered by it.
