MENA Vis Moot Winter Bootcamp

Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the Commercial Law Development Program of the United States Department of Commerce organised the MENA Vis Moot Winter Bootcamp, hosted by The American University in the Emirates (AUE), from 10-13 December, 2023, at the university’s campus in Dubai.
This initiative is in line with DIAC’s commitment to nurture arbitration talent and raise the standards of arbitration advocacy. It offers law students from the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central and South Asia an exceptional opportunity to hone their written and oral advocacy skills. This platform fosters valuable connections among students, academics, and professionals, setting the stage for professional advancement.
This collaboration reflects our commitment to the highest standards in the resolution of international commercial disputes. The combined expertise of both institutions in the field of international arbitration, will contribute towards achieving shared objectives and developing greater understanding of international arbitration as well as knowledge sharing.
