Following the successful launch of mediation rules at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in 2023 and the Federal Mediation Law Federal Decree-Law No. 40/2023. On Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes, we are pleased to announce the joint Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and Dubai International Arbitration Centre Mediation Advocacy Skills workshop. The workshop will be held over one day on Thursday, 31 October, and provides legal practitioners and in house law departments with the much-needed skills required to meet the demands of representing companies and clients in advising, preparing, and participating in mediations.
