- Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the full fees, including the VAT. Any applicable bank charges are to be borne by the participant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing:
- Cancellation more than 7 working days before the event date: 100% refund of the fees;
- Cancellation between 7 and 3 working days before the event date: 50% refund of the fees;
- Cancellation 2 working days or less before the event date: no refund.
