Klaus Sachs is a partner at CMS Hasche Sigle with over 30 years of experience in international arbitration. He has acted as the party’s counsel, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and chairman in various international arbitration proceedings both in commercial and investor-state disputes. Klaus is a member of the Governing Board of ICCA, the Council of the German Institution for Arbitration, and a former Vice President of the ICC Court and the London Court of International Arbitration. He is an honorary professor of international arbitration law at the University of Munich and co-editor of the German Arbitration Journal.
